All changes can be made during the sketching process.

Revision, after I’ve fully illustrated, would be difficult to do, therefore I only accept up to 3 minor revisions. Additional fees may be charged for major revisions and more minor revisions.

I don't have any time guarantee, usually, it took around 1-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission. Please be patient with me.

There will be a slight adjustment and simplification for Live2D Chibi Model.

Notify in advance if commissions are meant to be done in a rush. Additional fees may be charged.

I have the right to refuse or cancel the work of a commission at any time. Negotiations for refunds are possible in case this happens.

My commissions are for personal use only unless labelled otherwise in the description. Additional fees (25% of original price) can be applied for private and commercial commissions.

I have the rights to my commissions. Please credit me properly (either my TWITTER handle at @ChieChaann_, or my TWITCH at ChieChaann if you wish to upload the commissions online. Do not claim it as yours.

I would live stream my commissions and post them onto my gallery/socials unless it's private.

I do not permit any part of my commission work to be used in any block-chain related technology, which includes NFTs and cryptocurrencies, under any circumstances.

Half payment or full payment should be done before starting the sketch process.

The other half of the payment will be done after the sketch is done before I continue finishing it.

Prices here are listed in USD. Local price would be the price listed here xRp 10.000,-.

Payment could be done through Paypal for international and Trakteer for local. I will send you an Invoice through Paypal if you're going to pay through Paypal.

All commissions are not refundable unless I am not able to fulfil the commission for any reason. You may request a refund if I haven't started working on the commission.

After you fill a form / contact me, I will contact you back to your preferred social. Possibly a few days from emails / google form.

I will check for schedule / slot availability and will inform you.

Payment will be done if it's available for you and me. If you're going to pay using Paypal, I will ask your email so I could send you the invoice.

After payment confirmation, I will add your request and update the commission status on my Trello and also on DMs.

I will give you the sketch and you can do changes during this sketching process.

If you are already good with the sketch, the other half of the payment will be done before I continue it.

I will send the finished file through preferred socials using google drive link.
